Talk about a boost to the area…

The Tour announced Tuesday that the McGladrey Classic will be played at the Sea Island Resort’s historic Seaside Course on Oct. 7-10. Hosted by Davis Love, III (island resident) this event is stated to bring 132 players into the area to compete for $4million in prize money. Of course, that doesn’t include, the wives, family, spectators and sponsors!

What is sure to be a fun filled weekend. (Its also the weekend of my birthday!)
